What are we working for?
If in a larger scale of things, few things go here and there it is ok.
But.. if you know the results arent going to be based on your efforts on large scale, would you bother working for it?
This is ofcourse goes by individual experience. When life by and large goes by fine and others complain of unfairness it rarely strikes a chord. There is even a sense of disbelief.
